I am saddened to relay the news that our very dear Shella Paz drowned this afternoon in Horseshoe Village while attending a seminar. Her remains are currently at Cardinal Santos Hospital. Let us all please pray for the repose of her soul.

We finally have a reunion!

Who: Awesome-est people on Earth (awesome=adelfa={x|x=students + adviser)
What: Reunion
Where: Grandstand (or caf if the weather does not permit us to use the grandstand)
When: People can go there as early as their dismissal time. Food attack time starts at 4:20 pm.

Bring:
1. camera
2. food (Gabe – pizza) Who wants to bring ice cream, doughnuts, (cup)cakes, drinks, and such?
3. utensils (Theresa – cups)
4. balloons (if you want; someone suggested)
5. game materials(?)

We have food money from left-over class funds. Now all we need is a function coordinator and chief cook – suggestion: Food Chem lab on a Wed afternoon, or a Friday UB.

BATCH 2011 ENROLLMENT

Hello my dear Batch Onse!

I hope you enjoyed summer vacation! Anyway, just want to give a few reminders for enrolment.

1. Make sure you have downloaded and filled-out the enrolment forms when you come on June 3. (Forms are available for download at the PSHS website)
2. Enrolment date is on June 3, Wednesday. There will be suggested time slots per section for a more orderly enrolment process.
3. You may enroll by yourself. Just make sure you bring with you the payments/contributions for the PTA, PCORI, PSHS Foundation, and Student Alliance.
4. Uniform is not required for June 3 and 4.
5. For students who were not able to come on their Pre-Enrolment date must visit the Guidance Center first, otherwise you will not be allowed to enroll. You should be accompanied by your parents or guardian.
6. Re-orientation Program for the juniors is on June 4, at 1:00 in the afternoon, at the 4th floor auditorium. Your parents/guardians are required to come.

For other queries pertinent to this announcement may call the Registrar’s Office at 9240614 or call/text your Guidance Counselor.

The incoming 3rd year enrollment is scheduled on June 3, 2009 AM (WED morning).

There are some forms that you have to print and fill up their required fields. Here are the links:
